This is Dr. Frank Hanley the man who saved my son's life. He is a truly humble and gifted man. If not for Dr. Hanley's work, Terri and I would have simply taken Matthew home for a few short months of life. Instead, Matthew has the same chances at life that we all do (he just has to dodge a few more bullets than the rest of us).

OMG... I just am so thrilled to have a picture with the famous Dr. Frank Hanley... His middle initial is L... Kim and I have given him the middle name of "Lifesaver."
He is so calming!! I just knew that Matthew would be okay because he had Dr. Hanley doing his surgery.. I felt so calm the day of surgery. All of us girls in the family just go "ga ga" over him.. we always say we hear angels voices when we see him walking the halls... and this glow around him... He is a Godsend.
Like Mike said... He is soo humble and always credits "his team" and the other Dr and nurses who care for Matthew. You know... there are people out there that worship movie stars and sport figures...
but you know... after being in the hospitaL and seeing what these people do all day....I realize that
THESE PEOPLE ARE THE TRUE HEROS AND IT'S THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE WORSHIPED...(NOT A MOVIE STAR OR A BALL PLAYER!!)
AND MAKE SPAZILLIONS OF $$'S....
IT'S DOCTORS AND NURSES THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so glad that you have this picture with Dr. Hanley. You would never know that he just performed another miracle on our precious baby. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for keeping our little grandson in your very special hands and guiding him through this next step. He looks wonderful.
