Look at those sick little eyes. This was the day I stayed with Matthew and Terri and within that 1 1/2 hour window that he seemed comforted and not moaning. It is wonderful news that Matthew is coming home and no more "blue rubber gloves". There is no resemblence to home and the hospital. The smells are warm and inviting and he can watch mommy hustle around the kitchen preparing his bottle. Those are the fond memories I have of my mother cooking in the kitchen and the inviting smell of good things cooking on the stove or in the oven.

A very special "thank you" to God for watching over Matthew during this week where he was so sick. A special "thank you" to all of you I know and "don't know" for your prayers for Matthew's return to health. These are the best moments in my life. I love you sweet baby, Matthew!!!!! grandma w

This is great news and he will be so happy to be back home. Also, Michael & Terri won't have to be spending the night away from home. I hope you all get some much needed sleep and that Matthew recovers quickly. I love you all so much and am so proud of the way you take care of Matthew.

Love, Mom (Grandma Sue)

Just wanted to say that I am praying for you and your family. What an awesome journey he has had thus far! I am sure that God has BIG plans for him! Keep lifting him up to the Lord. God will do what we cannot do for ourselves.

Praying for a speedy recovery!
