Lupe is Stanford's top Case Manager. He was there for us throughout our prolonged stay here last summer. He helped get Matthew a Medi-flight back to Las Vegas before our insurance ran out. If not for him Terri and I would have spent hours away from Matthew's bedside pleading with our insurance. Pam at Beechstreeet was wonderful too.
