Just waiting to go home. This is Cody, a therapy dog.
Home sweet home in mom and dad's bed.
Matthew is still not feeling so good, definitely needs the oxygen. Getting lots of meds and breathing treatments. We go see Dr. Tenby and Dr. Nakamura tomorrow.
When I have more time, I will post some awesome birthday pictures of Matthew's birthday party up in Beaver. We had a Blue's Clue's cake and Mike had an awesome "hunting" cake.

When Matthew woke up this morning he asked if he could go to Grandma's and Papa's house, so I take that as "feeling better". Papa and I planned on seeing him yesterday; but he wasn't feeling good and was napping. Sleep is the healing agent now. We'll visit him today for sure.
Matthew had a great Birthday Party in Beaver with Tim and Tanji's family there in full force. What wonderful people the Baxters are. Troy and Taylor are so loving and hard little workers. I doubt if Matthew will be able to go to the high altitude for a short time. That's his second home.
I feel so bad that I have not checked in on your blog often enough. Sorry to hear that Matthew was sick and in the hospital. I am glad to hear that it had nothing to do with his heart and I am also glad that he is now back home. Hope he quickly recovers.
Haven't checked in for a while and am sad to find that Matthew has been ill. Those respiratory infections can be a real bear to get rid of. I hope he will be up to his usual antics soon. I love seeing the pictures of him having fun and being a kid. Kristin
I'm so glad he is home from the hospital and hopefully all the medication won't keep him from sleeping like before.
I hope each day gets better and that Matthew is up and running around soon.
I miss everyone and wish I was there to help out.
Love, Grandma Sue

It is so nice to see pictures of Matthew at home! Can't wait to see the blues clues cake. Hoping that Matthew is off oxygen really soon!!
Visited our little Magoo yesterday and he was in good spirits. Papa and I got huge smiles. He got up and walked around as if to show us what a big boy he was wearing his oxygen.
Mom, of course, was very busy feeding him every hour, administering Matthew's meds, checking his stats and giving him breathing treatments with the nebulizer(?). The nursing care he was receiving was "excellent".
He goes to two doctors today to see if he is improving. He sounded bettter to me.
I am so sorry I am just catching up on Matthew's long stay at the hospital. I am so sorry. I hope he's doing tons better! He is such a wonderful little boy!
I look forward to seeing the birthday photos!
I am so glad you guys are finally home. So have they told you what is going on with his lungs? I just had dealing with lung issues. I hope you all are resting better at home and Matthew is feeling better.
I am so happy to see wee Magoo safely home again with no horrid lures in his wee hand. Poor kid.
