Matthew was a real trooper today at the hospital. He is at the age now where he is cognizent of hospitals and doctor's offices and, therefore, cried whenever we put him down or undressed him. even though he is getting bigger, he is still small enough that only the pink outfits will fit (much to my chagrin). After his CT scan, he only had to spend 30 minutes in recovery before his release. We are expecting the results on Monday.

Well he is safe in Daddy's arms so it's all OK now. Our little brave heart had a big day. I know we will all be saying extra prayers that his tests come out so well that he won't need any surgery for a very long time.

I love you Matthew, and your Daddy too.

Those little eyes tell the true story. Matthew knows that "something" is about to happen and it concerns "him". That must have been hard for daddy to unwrap those clutching little arms. Daddy put a smile on his face; but his eyes, also, tell a story. None of us will have happy eyes until we hear the results of Matthew's test. Love you sweet baby! grandma w
