Terri and I have seen quite a few families leave the hospital for home only to return several weeks later with very alarming stories of how their child took a turn for the worse. As a result, we are very guarded in our enthusiasm for Matthew's homecoming. One the one hand, we are turning the page on a brand new chapter in our lives. At the same time our worry has reached a saturation point where we are numb. Please pray that our homecoming will be blessed with stability and normalcy.

I just have to say that he is the most adorable baby. Those eyes are something to behold. I'm sure he's ready to see all the fun things at home and I will pray that things just get better and better. You can do it!
