Helping "Dramma" cut up her omelet. Of course he wasn't interested in a bite.
Showing off the sock he put on upside down... *giggling* Not bad for a first time.
One boy's long road to recovery. Matthew was born two months premature with a rare fourfold heart defect known as Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia and MAPCA's, and Ventricular Septal Defect. He's had two open heart surgeries and will need additional heart surgeries in the future. To appreciate the absolute miracle of this "3 plus million dollar boy", you'd need to look into the "Archives" beginning after his first 9 hr open heart surgery at Stanford, August 2005.

Matthew and I like to "Do Lunch or Breakfast" and his choice of instruments is alway the knife, of course. He makes sure my meal is in "bite size". Ha Ha Some of it never makes it to my mouth; but across the table or on the floor.
Matthew is very active and constantly in motion. I love to see him on his Zebra enjoying himself.
As for the present on the shower floor, better "in the shower" than floating in the water in the tub. Get the big picture.
Hey what's wrong with the socks?? He did a darn good job. If he didn't have two tone socks no one would ever have noticed, mom.
Ahhh... just like a Dramma always stickin up for the grandchild!!
And I can't help but laugh, when we go out to eat w/ Magoo..
we are always trying to keep him from dumping a glass or throwing a plate on the floor etc...
It's funny ... we try to eat while we are grabbing his little hands.
Come to think of it...
it's DWWWAMMMA
It's so nice seeing him so happy...and cute! I love that he says "Dramma." How funny. Thanks for sharing the pics. What a sweetie. Oh, and happy belated birthday, Terri! xoxox
Great pictures Terri. Matthew is growing up so fast. His features are changing so much. He is a little daredevil on his Zebra. The pictures at lunch are cute to look at, but I can just see Mommy and Dramma grabing whatever is flying off the table. Funny shower picture. Hopefully you were out by that time. I'm laughing. It's wonderful to see him happy and growing and exploring everything. He is truly adorable. I miss you all so much.
Love, Grandma Sue
Love you guys, glad you are all doing so well. We miss you!
Happy Birthday! When was it, mine is in September too. I love all the pictures!!
I know I've said it before but I'll say it again:
"I can't believe he's getting so big! It's been so much fun to keep up with him through your blog!"
Looking forward to three more years of 'sassiness'.
