Matthew & Daddy on New Year's Eve.

13 1/2 lbs.! This morning was Matthew's weigh in and bath day.

Matthew has just about outgrown his baby bathtub.

Look how well he holds Keniki's "Hospital-made" rattle. The toys hanging from the arch are catching his interest now as well.

Aunt Gabrielle, Uncle Keith, cousins Dillon & Daniel all stopped by to visit Terri and Matthew today. Here, Aunt Gabrielle holds Matthew while Uncle Keith feels his new teeth.

These are the last two faces I see before going to work each day.

Matthew had a doctors visit today. Dr. Reyna is the surgeon who installed his G-tube and wanted to check the sight.

Matthew is getting very good at reaching for objects and our faces.

Matthew loves his bouncy seat. He kicks his legs and bounces his feet off the ground.

Grandma Wright couldn't wait to greet Matthew on Christmas Day.

First thing this morning I got Matthew dressed in his Christmas outfit.

Shortly Before opening gifts we snapped this picture. Terri says Matthew will overtake my enthusiasm in 1-2 years.

A month ago Matthew would cry inconsolably when placed on his stomach. Mommy has remained vigilant and now Matthew stays calm and works on his little chest muscles each morning. Three cheers for Mommy!

Mommy and I gave Matthew a bath this morning. Prior to his bath he weighed in at a wopping 12lbs. 6 ounces! Mommy takes the time to put the teddy bear towel in the oven to warm it before he comes out of the baby bath tub.

The King Trio paid a pre-Christmas visit to Dr. Nakamura, Matthew's Pulmonologist (lung doctor) today. Prior to his exam, Matthew is entertained by his Mommy.

It warms my heart to see what a happy boy Matthew continues to be even with all he has been through.
