Tomorrow is a big day. Matthew needs to be in the waiting room by 6am. He may be in surgery/recovery until as late as 6pm. The surgeons hope to close his chest tomorrow rather than several days later like before. This will depend on the amount of swelling and the pressures in his heart & lungs.

What a sweet picture this is! Look at those eyes they speak a thousand words. You have many, many prayers coming your way for an uncomplicated and speedy recovery. I feel as if I am reliving this with all of you as it is all to familiar. Remembering the days, hours, min. prior and afterward. We understand first hand what all of you are about to endure yet it is something that has to be done. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Dr. Hanley and his team will perform yet another miracle. With his magic hands he will fix your lil heart. Sending BIG hugs your way!
