Matthew visited Dr. Dezenberg, his GI doctor, this morning. Dr. Dezenberg was very pleased with Matthew's progress in weight gain and growth. He increased Matthew's overnight feeds from 36ml/hr to 42ml/hr. Also, he told us that we are safe to pour 5 hours of milk in his feed bag at a time which means we only have to get up once a night now to refill his feeding machine. It is funny how small things like one less wake up call at night are priceless to a tired parent. We were so excited that you would have thought Dr. Dezenberg said "Mike & Terri King, come on down! You're the next contestant on The Price is Right!"

After waking up 3 or 4 times last night/this morning to stick the pacifier back in Alissa's mouth (which isn't typical these days, but hey when are babies consistent), I can definitely appreciate, and am envious of, the extra sleep : ) It's always great to check your site and see how exceptionally well he is doing. As parents you are both doing such an amazing job of staying together, positive, and supportive for each other, Mr. whomagoo is lucky to have such impressive parents. We love you guys!
