One boy's long road to recovery. Matthew was born two months premature with a rare fourfold heart defect known as Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia and MAPCA's, and Ventricular Septal Defect. He's had two open heart surgeries and will need additional heart surgeries in the future. To appreciate the absolute miracle of this "3 plus million dollar boy", you'd need to look into the "Archives" beginning after his first 9 hr open heart surgery at Stanford, August 2005.

Those darn hawks appear almost immediately after they see our RV pull onto the property. You can almost hear them calling, "Bring out the bunny rabbits". They can swoop down in the twinkle of an eye and carry these small animals away. This cage is a small price to pay for their security and "my" peace of mind. Of course you will never see a "smiley face" on any of the dogs while in confinement; but the worry for me is gone.
LeRoy hauls sod up to Beaver for Lacie's sake. She "won't go" on "just the dirt". She is use to grass. Ha Ha; thus, you see green grass inside the cage. Not too spoiled! Love you my sweet best friends, grandma w aka mom
