One boy's long road to recovery. Matthew was born two months premature with a rare fourfold heart defect known as Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia and MAPCA's, and Ventricular Septal Defect. He's had two open heart surgeries and will need additional heart surgeries in the future.

My best friend Johnny Hazelwood's parents, John & Mary, stopped by while on vacation to say hello to Matthew. Mary is a new grandma and can't get enough of little babies.
The Hazelwood's were so happy to see the changes that have taken place with Matthew. They were thrilled to see how great he looks. Mary was even able to rock him to sleep. We had a wonderful visit with both of them. These are two very special people.
